Message types

Messages you may receive from Natural Stone Design include: quote confirmations, templating and installation scheduling, appointment reminders, installation-day notifications, project status updates, and follow-up communications. We do not send promotional or marketing messages under this consent.

How you consent — web form

By providing your phone number on the form at naturalstonesacramento.com and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive the messages described above from Natural Stone Design. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may submit the form without checking the box.

How you consent — inbound call

If you call our published business number, (916) 386-8226, and the call goes unanswered, we may send one SMS reply to the number that just called, identifying our brand (Natural Stone Design) and offering a callback or scheduling. These replies are conversational under the CTIA conversational-messaging standard, limited to your original inquiry, and capped at one reply per missed call. Frequency, rates, and carriers

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and project activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and not all mobile devices or carriers support SMS.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message to stop all further SMS. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP or INFO for help.

We do not share your number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
