What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and any project details you send us. We collect it through the contact form on this site, and through phone calls, emails, and text messages you send us. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for.

SMS — web-form consent

By submitting your phone number through the form on this site and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Natural Stone Design about your quote request, templating and installation scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, and follow-up communications. We do not send promotional or marketing messages under this consent.

Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. You can submit the form without checking the box and we will respond by phone or email.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

SMS — inbound-call replies

If you call our published business number, (916) 386-8226, and the call goes unanswered, our system may send one SMS reply to the number that just called us, identifying our brand (Natural Stone Design), asking whether you would like a callback or to schedule, and including opt-out and help instructions.

This is a conversational reply under the CTIA conversational-messaging standard: you initiated the conversation by calling us, and we are responding by text because the voice call went unanswered. We never text a phone number that did not just call us, and we send only one reply per missed call. We do not share your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. We do not sell or rent your phone number.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop all further messages. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help. You can also email or call us using the details below to have your information removed.
